Here's our Christmas tree from 2011.It's was Grand Fir and it smelled so nice (gotta love fresh pine scent)!The nice thing too is we were lucky to pick such a healthy tree. We watched the famous K-9 Kings perform at the Washington Fairplex, and they were pretty good.Wish they had a longer show though. All their dogs were amazing and it appeared that they had a good time too while doing their acts.Gave us a chance to hone our zoom-track-focus with the camera. That was a challenge in itself too!

There was a small discussion about cheese in a can during one get together with friends.And it centered on whether there is Kraft cheese in a can. Had prawn/shrimp dinner that was meticulously and lovingly prepared by my love. Sugoi indeed!For me, nothing beats home cooked meals, period. Checked out the Stoneworks indoor rock climbing gym the other night with a friend, and we ended up bouldering and signing up for the refresher course.It's a smaller gym compared to the one I used to go to downtown, but the folks here are all cool and friendly. Ate at IHop on Christmas afternoon. Haven't visited this place since 2008.Grabbed the classic sampler plate which includes this stack of fluffy pancakes (and all that grease... wohoo!!).
