It looked so good that I wanted to have some myself! Bad enough that I got motivated to prepare and cook!
So off to the grocers for some ingredients: angel hair pasta, onions, garlic, marinara sauce, white wine, and a pre-packed seafood mix.
And voila... the craving is quenched! It wasn't bad at all. And I had a friend try it too so as to ensure 'edibleness' and it was given a good grade! Yatta!! :-)
Next time I'll use mussels and shrimp only with white sauce... mmmm white sauce.
Itadakimasu... or should I say buon appetito!!
Bring in a box of Cakesters. Mmmm, cakesters...
You should've seen the look of the other patrons while we snacked on these. :-p
Itadakimasu!
I got a text from a friend the other night about how clear and nice the moon was. I looked outside and true enough, it was nice and bright and the sky was almost clear.
Got a little inspired and since i did want to try out low light pics with my dslr's bulb mode, I decided to take a few shots in my backyard.
Kanzaki Kaori was my 'model' and I wanted a silhoutte style photo. I took the pic below with the stock 18-55 lens, f-stop at 20, and on a 30 second exposure. Iso was at 400 I think.
I would've taken more but it was cold (38 f) outside. At least it turned out ok :-p
Next time I'll add lighting effects...
The app allows you to take pics and then share them through social networks like Facebook or Twitter.
Aside from that, the app allows you to modify your pics, which includes filters for different effects.
Took a pic of Rin and then used an effect to make it look like it came from an older film camera. Not bad. It even added the white border to make it look like a polaroid shot.
I give the app 4.5/5 stars.
Rin gets 5/5 of course, as always. :-p
Ja mata ne!
It is a much awaited sequel, specially for level creators as the developers have added a ton more features in this aspect of the game. This time, I will create a level of my own too ;-)
But there is still the campaign mode and the awesome and free (you listening MS?) network play that will be more than enough to keep the LBP fans on their toes.
And the game now also supports the PS3 Move system. I think I'll have a go at it and see how it handles.
I can already hear our theme song playing in the background... *Leaders of Men*... :-D
Gambare sackboy-san!!
Made the most out of Ikea's food reimbursement promo. They reimburse you for what you ate, provided you buy stuff over a particular amount.
Not bad I guess, specially if there's a lot in your group.
I think I had my fill of Swedish meatballs for the month...
Itadakimasu!
It's a smaller gym compared to the one I used to go to downtown, but the folks here are all cool and friendly. The rock walls are nice too and offer a very good challenge. And it is also nice that this is closer to where I live.
Been a while since I did this, so I sorta sucked during the bouldering :-D But we had a fun time nevertheless!
So now got to get my act together for the upcoming course!
Can't wait to start belaying and climbing again!
Gambare!!!
Took around 3-4 days - folks took turns building the puzzle. I didn't get to put in one piece - so I'll wait for the next puzzle. ;-)
A perfect companion for the steaks. Good name too, 'Sanctuary'.
A perfect way to end cap off a nice and very relaxing weekend. My kind of weekend indeed ;-)
Kampai, mina-san!!
I had too much of the New York so I ended up just staring at these.
Maybe later... hmmm ;-)
Medium please! Nice and filling. I really had to work on this one.
Itadakimasu!
As cliche' as that may sound, it never gets old :-)
Time to switch to a new chapter - and to enforce new 'rules of engagement' - a resolution I aim to pursue ;-)
Omedetou gozaimasu, mina-san!
